I am... a dreamer. a teenager. a daughter of a King. a hopeless romantic. a lover of art. an author. a sketcher. a painter. a graphic designer. a photographer. a singer. a pianist. a guitarist. an actress. a swimmer. a gymnast. a sister. a cousin. silly. easy to read. quick to act. an achiever. random. disorganized. friendly. an extrovert. thoughtful. ready to smile. ready to cry. trying to follow God in a dying world.
My family is amazing. They're my support system, my core foundation, and my life. My parents teach me so many things. I take them for granted way too often. They're forgiving, loving, encouraging, hard-working, and an inspiration. Although my younger brothers and I don't always get along, I love them to death. They're my constant companions, my buddies, my friends. I laugh with them, sing with them, play with them. I'm so grateful for those two boys, and I want to be a great example to them. My mommy is currently pregnant with her fourth child, and I am indescribably jubilant about it! I've wanted a sister for so long, I've lost track. It's so scary, though. I pray often that she and the baby will be safe and healthy through this long year of 2011.
I see God everywhere. He is beauty. He is love. He is purity. He is wisdom. He is the clear open sky in the morning after a rain. He is the first flower that blooms after a forest fire. He is the lamp in the lighthouse that cuts through the murk of the storm. He's the robin's song on a sunny day. He is the joy I have in beauty, hope, and dreams. He is why I write, why I sing, why I play music, why I snap photographs. He shows me His love every day in everything around me. He is all I need and more. He is my first and only love. He lives in me.
